Just a note - Ren's abilities are as follows specifically involving the listed abilities Memory erasing and/or manipulation and Biting

While Ren will not go out of his way to feed or attack a human, sometimes events happen - you never know! This is just a quick ref permission post for that. As far as memories go - again he's not likely to ever touch a human but should someone see something he deems they shouldn't he might be willing to try it out.

Also! If your character is a vampire or otherwise supernatural - would Ren be able to sense this? His hunter lineage as well as his vampire senses could make this easy to occur or you could say no and for whatever reason Ren can't sense it and that is totally fine too. As for vampires - can he smell blood on your vampire? Can he sense that they may have freshly bitten a human? This leave some potential negative CR but it's still good to know whether or not he can.

Can Ren see/manipulate/erase my character's memories? Seeing, yes. Everything else, no.
Can Ren feed on my character's blood? I don't recommend it.
Can Ren sense my character is supernatural? Yes-- Shin-Ah has the blood of an ancient dragon in him, and has an unnatural clarity of sight among other things as a result.
Can Ren sense my character has blood on them? Sure.
